You do not pay extra for your treatment: all medical services are paid directly to the clinic at its official rates, while we take care of the organisational matters and help you avoid unnecessary stress.

Simply submit a request for a free introductory consultation. We will carefully review your situation, medical records and preferences, then recommend the most suitable treatment plan and doctor, calculate your estimated travel budget and answer all your questions. In most cases, the entire trip can be arranged within a few days to one week.

You pay a fixed price for your selected support package, which already includes flights, hotel accommodation, all transfers and the services of a personal assistant. Medical procedures are calculated individually and paid for separately, directly to the medical centre after your consultation. We provide a clear and transparent estimate of all expected expenses in advance.

Your selected Health Bridge support package is paid online by bank card or bank transfer before your trip begins. The cost of the medical treatment itself is paid directly to the clinic using your preferred payment method after the procedures have been performed.

Yes. This allows the doctor to review your medical history beforehand and prepare the most effective examination or treatment plan. When necessary, we can arrange a professional translation of your medical documents.

When you wish to confirm a diagnosis or compare different treatment approaches, we can arrange consultations with one or several relevant medical specialists.

Yes. You can receive a refund for the support package, minus any expenses that have already been incurred, such as airline cancellation or ticket refund fees. The cancellation or rescheduling of medical procedures is governed entirely by the policies of the relevant clinic.

Our support does not end when your trip is over. When necessary, we can quickly arrange a remote online consultation with your treating physician. We can also translate all medical reports and discharge documents into the required language, allowing you to provide them easily to your local doctor.

We work exclusively with leading, officially accredited medical centres in Moldova. All our partners follow strict international safety protocols and use certified European medical equipment and modern materials.

Most of our partners speak several languages, and interpreter assistance is available when required. In addition, you will remain in contact with a personal coordinator throughout your journey, who will be ready to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We handle all communication and arrangements with the clinic and promptly adjust your flight and hotel reservations. Our goal is to ensure that any schedule changes are managed as smoothly as possible, without unnecessary inconvenience or additional expenses.

Yes. You may travel with a companion, and we will be pleased to arrange your joint flights, transfers and accommodation in the same room. Our on-site assistance and support will be available to both of you.
